Once an initial deck inspection has been done and the scope of the restoration project has been discussed, Cairns Deck Restore will provide a fully itemised quote.
All wooden decks are different sizes, configurations and at different stages of weathering and deterioration (depending on the wood that requires restoring) and Cairns Deck Restore will do our best to identify all trouble spots during our initial visual inspection.
Should we find other issues on/under your deck once the job starts we will notify you right away so there are no surprises. If any surprises are found that we cannot handle and require other qualified contractors to remedy, we will provide you with contacts to fully certified and licensed contractors to handle the job.
